Tara Tara is usually napping in the sky on a fluffy cloud, or peering over the edge of a storm, observing life down below with fascination. On lucky cool, moist mornings they are giddy to be able to slither down through dewy air to ride a morning mist where they can almost walk amongst the wondrous creatures of the land. They wave and greet them all furiously but no one seems to take notice. Maybe it's for the best though.
